Please download the Error Description Form ( PDF / Word / Zipped PDF ), and fill it out to the best of your ability. This form will help us identify the problem on your Gainward product much quicker, and resolve it.

Remove the defective Gainward product from your PC, and place it in an anti-static bag. (This is the shiny little bag that your Gainward product was packaged in) Never use an ordinary plastic bag, as electrical discharge may occur.

Put the Gainward product in a sufficiently sized, well cushioned, sturdy cardboard box, along with the completed Error Description Form ( PDF / Word / Zipped PDF ) and and a copy of proof of purchase. Please make sure that your current shipping address is included on the Error Description Form.

Write your RMA number in large letters right beside the address label on the outside of the parcel you are sending to us.

Off it goes!
Important note. You need to cover all the shipping cost to us. Our Technical Support department has orders to reject any RMA shipment that is not fully paid for!
Do not forget to include a copy of a valid proof of purchase.

The freight cost for the returned product will be payed by Gainward, the freight to Gainward is to be payed by the customer.

Please assure that the carton returned to our RMA-department is marked with the RMA-number in a clearly visible way.

Returned products without a valid RMA-number and/or with insufficient payed freightcosts will not be accepted by Gainward.

A copy of the invoice/receipt from the place of purchase must be included.

Your RMA-number is valid for 30 days.

If the product return is not defect/broken we will charge the customer a investigative fee, therefore - please test the product properly before returning it to us. |
